Improvement: Easier control of Reinforcement Category visibility. The functionality is unified into a single button that reads the visibility of the Rebar category and based on that toggles the visibility of all reinforcement categories in the Visibility / Graphics dialog.
Improvement: Annotate (MRA) command can read the preselected multi rebar annotation and create similar type and presentation.
Improvement: Select Rebar command can select rebars in hosts if they are preselected. Likewise, if only assemblies are preselected, the command will select all rebars hosted by the members of the assemblies.
Fixed bug: Annotate command crashing when changing documents or deleting the previously used multi rebar annotation type.
