Improvements

• Unify reinforcement category visibility control into a single button that reads the Rebar category visibility and toggles all reinforcement categories in the Visibility / Graphics dialog.
• Annotate (MRA) command can read a preselected multi rebar annotation and create similar type and presentation.
• Select Rebar command can select rebars in hosts when they are preselected. If only assemblies are preselected, the command selects all rebars hosted by the assembly members.

Fixes

• Fix Annotate command crashing when changing documents or deleting the previously used multi rebar annotation type.
